Missouri Medicaid Structured Family Caregiving Waiver (SFCW) Program

The Missouri Medicaid Structured Family Caregiving Waiver (SFCW) Program helps individuals who need daily support remain in the comfort of home while receiving care from someone they know and trust. Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS)

Consumer Directed Services (CDS) is a Missouri Medicaid program that allows adults with physical disabilities to hire, train, and manage their own caregivers so they can live safely and independently at home.
