Indiana Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) Program

Indiana’s Structured Family Caregiving (SFC) Program, funded by Medicaid, allows individuals who need daily support to receive care from someone they know and trust—often a family member or close friend.

Shared Living Services (DDS)

In collaboration with the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), we offer Shared Living Services, a program that allows individuals with disabilities to live in a supportive home environment.
